How often should I get a massage?
Every client is different with their own individual preference. However, I inform my clients to receive a massage at least once a month, every two weeks or as needed. Chair massages focuses solely on the back, neck and upper extremities which can be performed as needed and often.
What are some of the benefits of receiving a massage?
Massages help reduce muscle and facial tension. Reduces fatigue and hypertension. Increases blood circulation while reducing anxiety. Massages releases Lactic Acid build up and increases energy. Massages increases work performance while encouraging mental clarity. Decreasing knots and spasms will increase lymphatic flow which decreases edema and much more.
Should I shower before my session?
It is highly recommended.
What do I wear during my session?
Chair massages, all clients will leave on clothing, however dress comfortably. Full Body Massage, most clients leave on their underwear, while others want to be more comfortable and wear nothing. Please note, your genitalia will NOT be exposed at any point during your session.
What if a client displays inappropriate conduct?
The therapist reserves the right to refuse service. The session will be stopped immediately, if there are inappropriate remarks or behaviors and will be reported as location is tracked.
What if I have COVID or not feeling well before my session?
Everyone's health is very important! If you have COVID or not feeling well the day of your session, please notify your therapist before the arrival and your appointment will be rescheduled to a date that is more convenient and when you are feeling better. Please note, when having COVID, your appointment will be rescheduled two weeks out.
